Pastor John Wamsley
Pastor John is a native of Baton Rouge, La., and graduated from high school in Walnut Creek, Calif., studied at the University of California at Berkeley and took a degree in sociology at Louisiana State University. He worked for the Louisiana Department of Health in Thibodeaux and then enrolled in the Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary. Ordained in 1982, Wamsley served churches in Louisiana, Texas and Florida until accepting the Odessa pastorate. He and his wife Linda have two children. Pastor John preaches the good news that salvation is in Jesus’s name in an uplifting, relevant manner. He is a true blessing to Westminster and our community.——————————————————

Susi Wagner
Susi Wagner has lived in Odessa since 2012. She is a native of Gary Indiana and moved to Ohio in 2000 where she met her husband Tim Wagner, and they have 2 children. In 2010, She wanted more exciting things to do and decided to go back to school for Accounting. She loves to travel and spend time with family!

Dr. Jean Gómez
WPC welcomed Dr Jean Gomez August 25, 2024 as choir director. Dr Gomez comes to us from San Jose, Costa Rica with a doctorate in music arts, a masters in arts and a bachelor in music education. He is currently the director of orchestral activities and an assistant professor at UTPB. Dr. Gomez, also, serves as the vice president of the South-Central College Orchestra Directors Association, the artistic director for Festival Sinfonico de Tlaxcala in Tlaxcala , Mexico, & the artistic director for CADI Community in Mexico City, Mexico. We are honored to have such a talented and professional musician worship with us!
